The first thing you'll want to do is call our office and set up an appointment time that works for you. We have special times that we set aside for new patient initial and second visits. Please fill out the Network Chiropractic Intake Formbefore your first visit
During your first visit to the Community Chiropractic Center, you will be asked to complete a patient history form. During your consultation, Dr. Jens will gather important information about your health history, as well as your goals for coming to the center. If there is rapport and Dr. Jens accepts you as a patient, a Network Spinal Analysis examination will be performed.
Following the exam, if indicated, you will receive your first gentle Network Chiropractic adjustment.
Next you will schedule a special appointment time to review the findings of your examination. You will be given some materials to read (prior to that visit) to enhance your understanding of Network Spinal Analysis and the healing process.
During your second visit to the Community Chiropractic Center, Dr. Jens will report the findings of your initial spinal examination and will discuss the recommendations for beginning Network care.
As you accept and are accepted into care, you will then have your second gentle Network Chiropractic adjustment.
Next, you will set up your series of appointments at the front desk. You may be given a cassette tape or a video to review prior to your third visit.
During your following visits, Dr. Jens will evaluate your nervous system for the presence of abnormal spinal cord tension as well as bone and muscle tension. He will check for the presence of subluxations in your spine and when indicated, you will receive gentle, specific Network Chiropractic adjustments.
